We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is driven, self motivated and able to consistently work to meet and exceed targets.
  • Is highly organised and can manage a large number of projects.
  • Has great client facing skills and is confident in being able to articulate clearly to clients when providing them with updates on the status of their case.
  • Has a solution focused mindset and wants the best for the client.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

  • Communicating with clients & providing support through emails and phone calls.
  • Managing the onboarding of new clients.
  • Performing the administrative duties associated with the onboarding and managing of clients.
  • Collaborating with Australian team members for assessments and status information relating to clients projects.
  • Proposing, negotiating and securing agreements from clients to expand or renew their services.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
