Please note that this role will require you to be in our Cremorne office a minimum 3-4 days per week.

Your background will be:
  • Technical - you're probably a graduate of an IT course like Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or similar;
  • Data-savvy - we are a very data-driven company, so you'll need to know your way around relational databases (MySQL) and have a real interest in data analysis;
  • You may or may not be able to write code - either is fine. This role is more about your ability to learn and solve business problems with different tools and applications; you won't be sitting and writing code all day.
  • Any past experience with email marketing sytems would be a huge bonus, but not required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Learning new business tools and platforms, creating automations, data analytics, and marketing automations
  • Develop processes to streamline customer onboarding experiences. Some interaction with our customers may be required, to guide them through setting up our software.
  • Supporting our software development team with ad-hoc tasks 
  • Assisting in the development of technical documentation for users of our technology
  • Internal “Tech Support” for our other departments
