The Role
As a Key Account Specialist at Removify, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, from larger small businesses to medium-sized enterprises. You don’t need to have prior account management experience, but strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed are essential. You’ll start by managing relationships with these clients, with the potential to take on larger, enterprise-level accounts as you grow in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships through regular contact via phone and email, ensuring clients receive top-notch service.
- Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, educating them on our customer online portal and how to get the most out of our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, content removal, technology, and finance, to deliver outstanding results and ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Reporting: Produce and deliver insightful reports that help clients understand the impact of our services.
- Growth & Retention: Ensure clients are always receiving the maximum value from their partnership with Removify.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Communication Pro: You’re confident and clear in both written and verbal communication, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Customer Focused: You genuinely care about delivering value and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Organised & Proactive: You can juggle multiple client relationships and projects with ease, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: While specific experience with tools like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus, being comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems is key.
- Flexible Experience: Whether you’re a recent graduate with some customer service experience or a more seasoned professional, if you have a passion for helping businesses succeed, we want to hear from you.
