Key Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis you will be:
- Communicating with clients & providing support through emails and phone calls.
- Managing the onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborating with team members for assessments and status information relating to your clients’ projects.
- Assisting your team with end to end process improvements - bring your experience and ideas, we’re always looking to improve!
- Proposing, negotiating and securing agreements from clients to expand or renew their services.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Account Management or similar role (preferably within the digital space)
- Is driven, self-motivated and able to consistently work to meet and exceed targets.
- Is highly organised and can manage a large number of projects and client relationships with a positive and proactive attitude
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Has a solution-focused mindset and wants the best for the client and the company.
