Key Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact to new, fresh inquiries that we receive daily.
- Orchestrating calls, meetings and zoom video calls with clients helping to solve their unique recruitment and consumer reputation problems.
- Arrange meetings by cold calling prospective clients, qualifying them, and arranging a meeting on behalf of a senior sales representative.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Is driven, self motivated and able to consistently work to meet and exceed targets.
- Has great client facing skills and is confident in being able to articulate appropriate and efficient strategies that align with the prospects needs.
- Has a solution focused mindset and wants the best for the client.
- Is able to clearly present ideas and options to a diverse range of clients – varying from small/medium businesses to large enterprises
- Gateway to Account Executive, working with both the HR and Marketing verticles.
